Ian established Ian’s school of motoring in 1990. Within a few months of qualifying to become an Approved Driving Instructor business was thriving, Ian’s pass rate and passion for the business encountered a very successful turnover of pupils through recommendations. This lead him to train up potential driving instructors to become ADI's to assist with the demand of work. He then noticed a gap in the market for a motorbike instructor. This encouraged him to open up his first office in Newtownards teaching cars, bikes, ADI training, trailer lessons and for a short period only due to the demand of the business LGC & PSV lessons.
Today Ians is one of the most premier driving schools in Northern Ireland offering a NVQ Level 3 in Driving Instructing.
